Mission Statement of the Athena Society
(Rhodes, September 1994)

Purpose:

To brainstorm the future of clinical chemistry and its future role in health care.

Scope:

A meeting of individuals interested and knowledgeable in laboratory medicine. Not a meeting of organizations or national regional interests.

Outcome:
